“We have a wine cooler that has not worked for awhile. Tyler came out and was familiar with the cooler and knew it needed a part. The parts company was a bit difficult to get to respond, but Lori stayed with them, emailing and calling until she reached a technician who knew exactly what we needed and was able to ship the part. Tyler returned, replaced the part and we now have a working wine cooler...yippee! Tyler and Lori both were professional, super helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely call on them again if needed!”
