    “Have a Boesch microwave. Door springs were broken that made door tenuous to operate. Phoned a local (to Hurricane) repair shop.Boesch was not in their expertise. When asked for a recommendation they did not hesitate to name Mr Appliance. Made an appointment. Technician Ryan was cordial and efficient. As repair too costly recom.ended a new door. Called office staff after a few days. Informed me all the delivery info and set up an appointment for next day installation. As promised door reinstalled. Overall from office staff to techs great service.”

    “Staff very friendly, the individual that came out was very professional. He was running behind which happens and I am not upset about that, he showed up close to 5 pm so I am guessing it was a long day for him. He got our microwave working but forgot to tell me pricing on how much to fix it. Standard procedure is they will charge you a fixed amount for the service call and diagnosis and then tell you how much to fix it once they have made the diagnosis. If you choose to use them they roll that service call amount towards the fix. This is very standard practice in most service industries. But the individual never did this so I was a little shocked at the total bill. I called in the next morning because the technician finished close to 6pm and the office was closed. The office manager looked into my invoice for me, let me know there were a few mistakes made on the invoice and reimbursed me for the overcharge. Being in the construction industry myself I have also made mistakes while putting invoices together. Long days and not paying attention when trying to rush through sending off the invoice can allow for mistakes to happen. So I appreciate Mr Appliance for responding so quickly and getting things fixed for me. Again Great Customer service just ask for the cost to fix your item just in case the technician forgets to avoid surprises.”
