“I had miserable experiences with other service providers who scheduled appointments weeks out and then didn't show up. I then called Mr Appliance on the recommendation of the store from where I bought my Electrolux laundry pair. The scheduler was easy to talk to and she set up a service call for the next day. The technician arrived promptly and quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. A part needed to be ordered and my dryer is now running again a few days later. After two months of frustration, my problem was pleasantly and quickly resolved by Mr Appliance!”

He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts in a timely manner. He made sure the parts arrived to meet a short timeline. Notably, my house was up for sale and the stove required repair. Likewise, the front office was excellent in keeping me informed and rushed the part I needed. Actually, they drove to the shipping center to pick it up. Love this company. He was able to complete the job in the estimated time he provided. When dealing with the staff to schedule (with the company) they have been extremely helpful. The after hours call center team need a little work with the information they gather. To wrap it up. I would give Mr. Appliance an A+ because of the interaction with the main staff. Gorgina and Timothy definitely made this company stand out due to the interactions I had with them.”
