“Timothy was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently. We scheduled the repair and Timothy came back, as we had to order parts. He was able to complete the job in the estimated time he provided. When dealing with the staff to schedule (with the company) they have been extremely helpful. The after hours call center team need a little work with the information they gather. To wrap it up. I would give Mr. Appliance an A+ because of the interaction with the main staff. Gorgina and Timothy definitely made this company stand out due to the interactions I had with them.”

“We had a great experience getting our Maytag washing machine repaired by Michael. He arrived early, was extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem and explained the repair needed, as well as inspected all of the other parts to make sure they were not worn out and were functioning properly. He repaired our washing machine and tested it to make sure it worked properly. We really appreciate the expertise and professionalism and very reasonable cost of the repair.
