“I used Mr. Appliance for the first time because they were recommended to correct a defective power cord to the dishwasher I bought back in 2014. Really impressed with their website...it allows you to schedule appointments...I called them and got quick answer to schedule my appointment. I gave them my email address and told them to use it to contact me. Within minutes of my phone call, I got an email from a technician requesting the model number and serial number of dishwasher. I used my smartphone to take a picture of those numbers on my dishwasher and emailed it to Mr. Appliance. My original appointment specified a visit between 1pm and 5pm. Got an email early on day of appointment notifying me that technician would be arriving between 1 and 1:30...the email included name and picture of technician. Technician was on time and he brought his own vacuum with him to do clean up and end of job. He took the time to move the dishwasher plug-in to a more accessible place under the sink (I didn't ask him to do this and I appreciate his initiative and customer service). I will definitely contact them for future appliance service needs.”
