First things first, we stay in close contact with you every step of the way. This starts with an email and text before your service.
This correspondence will include:
- A two-hour window of when you can expect us, and
- A picture of your service professional (so you know who to expect)
We Arrive on Time & Diagnose Your Appliance
We’ll show up during the specified two-hour window.
When we show up, we’ll:
- Be in uniform,
- Identify ourselves, and
- Put shoe covers on to protect your home.
We’ll troubleshoot your broken appliance. We’ll then review our repair quote with you before we proceed with any repair work.
If you proceed with our recommended repairs, we’ll waive our service call fee!
We’ll Fix Your Appliance
With your approval, we’ll repair your appliance. We’ll do all we can to repair it that day.
If we need to return with parts, we’ll do so as soon as we possibly can. And we’ll be in touch with you during the process.
