Thank you, Joey, thank you, Mr. Appliance. 4-9-25 I used Mr. Appliance today to service my blocked waterline on my refrigerator and a cooling issue on the refrigerator side of my unit. Joey Westbury was my technician. He was polite, engaging, and professional. He walked me through the issues and how he planned to resolve them and immediately went to work. He got my water line and my refrigerator working properly. The repair cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance and ask for Joey as your technician.”

“Early 2021 we were having a cooling problem with our Viking 36" all refrigerator. We called a repair company from the Viking Appliance web site. They added some refrigerant and said we needed $4,000 in repairs and as suspected wanted to of way more repairs than necessary. Because we were in the midst of COVID the time for repair parts would have been 2-3 months. Our Refrigerator worked fine and when they called 3 1/2 months later I canceled the appointment. It took almost 6 months for it to show signs of low refrigerant a I added literally a couple of ounces. This was the routine until the compressor finally stopped working 10/24. Almost 4 years before actually failing. I called around and decided to give Mr Appliance and they sent Joey Westbury out. He confirmed the compressor had failed and quoted $2,600 total for the repairs. Remember the other quote was not almost 4 years old so add that time to their quote and we would have just bought a new refrigerator. Price might seem high but a new replacement of the same would be over $10,000 so repairs are the better way to go. Joey came back out to our home and completed the repairs in one visit. Those refrigerators are beasts and are bolted permanently in place so pulling them out and disassembling and repairing is a daunting task even to just watch. Could not recommend Joey more and would rate 5+ if there was a choice. I realize appliance repair is a hit or miss and some people complain about a $300 microwave costing $200 to repair but a broken $300 microwave is really just in need of being replaced. :/”
