Everything from no shows to unreturned phone calls and even on couple who literally were acting like they might be casing out our home for a future robbery. Mr Appliance was referred by Ferguson Appliance Sales. I wish I had known about them years ago! The owner started as a tech himself 20 years ago. He and his techs were thorough, honest, professional and communicated well. They showed up when they said they would and always cleaned up after themselves.”

    “Let me say this with my whole chest, Elijah is worth his weight in gold and is quite possibly the nicest customer service specialist I’ve come across. My technician and experience was good, there were a few bumps in the overall repair process with my oven, but no complaints. I’d use them again. But the real hero here is Elijah who was always the one to take my incoming calls. This guy shows up every day and chooses positivity, respect, and empathy. I don’t know who the owner is at Mr. Appliance but please get this guy on some kind of management track. I genuinely don’t have this type of positive consumer experience often. Give him a raise, send him on a vacation, erect a statue (I’m just spit balling here). But really, he’s been a gem to work with and I hope he’s getting the recognition he deserves and the opportunities for growth.”
