    “Mr. Appliance was so helpful to me I had 2 separate technicians and both were great the 1st one found the problem and explained to me what was going on with my washer and we ordered the parts needed, the second one came and installed it and explained what he was replacing and how it should run much better. The office staff when calling was so nice to me I explained to them that I had just purchased my home and the appliance was left in working condition and that this was my 1st time having issues with it, both ladies I spoke to worked with me looking up my appliance and telling me what they would be able to do. I am so grateful for the help I received. Thanks Mr. Appliance.”

    “The technician was friendly, competent and completed the repair in a timely manner. My only negative is that it takes so long to get an appointment but that was not his fault. I would definitely use this company again but wish they had actual service persons in Montgomery instead of having to come from Dothan.”

    “Wow. Benjamin was great. He arrived on time for the first visit and diagnosed the problem while I was on lunch break from work. He notified me the part had to be ordered and the company would call me when it was in. Just as he said the company called me and we arranged for an appointment the following week. Once again, Benjamin was on time with the appropriate piece still in the mailing envelope. He connected all the pieces as well as cleaned up any areas that were affected outside of the refrigerator and we had a great conversation while he completed his work. Refrigerator is back to normal with making ice and not leaking at the filter and I am excited. I’ve already told Benjamin I have another item I’d like him to look at within my home and he replied he’d be glad to diagnose once I call the company and make arrangements through them which I will. Benjamin was very professional and completed everything in a timely manner.”
