    Wow. Benjamin was great. He arrived on time for the first visit and diagnosed the problem while I was on lunch break from work. He notified me the part had to be ordered and the company would call me when it was in. Just as he said the company called me and we arranged for an appointment the following week. Once again, Benjamin was on time with the appropriate piece still in the mailing envelope. He connected all the pieces as well as cleaned up any areas that were affected outside of the refrigerator and we had a great conversation while he completed his work. Refrigerator is back to normal with making ice and not leaking at the filter and I am excited. I’ve already told Benjamin I have another item I’d like him to look at within my home and he replied he’d be glad to diagnose once I call the company and make arrangements through them which I will. Benjamin was very professional and completed everything in a timely manner.
