“They were absolutely amazing! I would recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone, and everyone. My mom‘s refrigerator was losing temperature I called them at 11 o’clock in the morning and they were at my house by 1:30 that afternoon. And they had the parks In their van which was even more so amazing. Within two hours they had the entire repair completed. They even wiped down and cleaned out the refrigerator/freezer. The repair technicians were over-the-top knowledgeable, professional And pleasant. It was an overall great experience and extremely priced reasonable. Thank you Mr. Appliance for getting my mom’s refrigerator up and running.”

“Two techs came out on Friday and diagnosed the issue I was having with my dryer. They came back on Monday with the necessary part and promptly fixed it. They were on time, friendly and left their work space clean. They even cleaned a filter on the hose to my washing machine so that it would run smoother even though it was above and beyond what they were here to do. Will use them again.”

“Wow! I called for service on my gas oven.I called at 1:45 and within an hour the techs were at my door.Dmtryo and Dean explained everything to me ,showed me what part I would need,quoted me the cost before going ahead with repair so there were no surprises .They left my kitchen just as clean as it was when they arrived. WOW ! WITHIN TWO HOURS OF CALLING FOR SERVICE MY OVEN WAS REPAIRED AND CLEAN !! HUGE THANK YOU”

“We were very impressed with the service we received. We contacted them in the morning to have a new part installed in our washing machine. We were contacted within an hour and a service technician came that afternoon. He removed the old part, put in the new one and also checked to see if everything else looked good or if there were old parts that needed replacing. The machine is 10 years old but he said everything looked good and didn’t need anything else. We appreciated his honesty very much! The price we were charged was also reasonable and half of what another place quoted us for! We will definitely use them again if needed.”

“The heating element on my Maytag dryer burned out. Dave from Mr. Appliance came out to our home the same day I called for service. He was very polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem, was able to overnight the new heating element, and installed it the next day. He was very tidy - vacuumed any residual lint, wore booties over his shoes, and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend!”
