“Mike showed up as scheduled to hook up our Speed Queen gas dryer (thereby hangs another story completely), presented his card at the door, and was back out, done, in 30 minutes, leaving the area where he worked very tidy. One of many things I appreciated is that I received a text ahead of time with a two hour window when they'd arrive AND a photo of the technician who was coming. VERY nice. I think the prices are a bit stiff, but in the bigger picture, probably worth it. I'll call them again, and so should you!”

“I can't say enough! Communication was great from the company. Called, emailed, and texted, can't miss with that service. The technician that was sent to do the repair was very personable and polite! Thank you so much for sending Nate to do the repair! Work was quickly diagnosed and repaired with parts that were on hand. Price was very reasonable for the service! Plus, a year warranty on work and parts replaced! Who could ask for more? Thanks, Mr. Appliance you will be my first call.”
