Greg Ornelas is the franchise owner of Mr Appliance of El Paso which he opened in June 2015. With a 14 year background in repairing commercial appliances, Greg has been a business owner for 7 years with his commercial appliance company in which he built from the ground up. He is a giving and helpful person and enjoys assisting and helping his customers and being able to provide a great working environment for his employees. Mr. Appliance has great Code of Values, they are what opened his mind in wanting to be part of a R.I.C.H. franchise company. Greg is honored to be a part of Mr. Appliance, he also has the ability of contacting other owner within the franchise for any support. He enjoys helping his customers by providing great customers service and making a frustrated customer a happy customer. Greg has put together a team to help run Mr. Appliance efficiently and smoothly. Although the appliances need to be repaired, the customer is always first. He makes sure him and his team are communicating honestly and with purpose with the customer. Treat other are you would like to be treated is what Greg lives by, “The Golden Rule”.

Rebecca Ornelas is the Office Manager at Mr. Appliance of El Paso. She has been with the franchise company since the day El Paso’s location first opened in June 2015. Over the past year, Rebecca has learned that her customers and employees are her priority. They are the reason why Mr. Appliance has been so successful and continues to succeed. She works with her team by making sure they have the right tools to deliver great service to their customers from start to finish. Her goal is to make a frustrated customer a happy and satisfied customer. At Mr. Appliance, the customer always comes first.

Rocio Gonzalez is a Customer Service Representative at Mr. Appliance of El Paso, she is passionate in listening to her customers and assisting them in any way she can. Not only does she work full time, she is a full time student at her Local Campus. Striving to be better and believing success is the result of clear, cooperative and positive thinking. Gaining experience at Mr. Appliance will help her in her forthcoming career to be the person she confidences to be.

Julian Rodriguez, Mr. Appliance Certified Master Technician

Julian Rodriguez, Certified Master Technician

Julian Rodriguez joined Mr. Appliance of El Paso as a certified master technician. Julian has 10 years of experience. In technical school, Julian was in The Skills USA where he won 1st place in diagnosing national major appliances. Julian is also certified in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). He agrees that the customer comes first, he lets the customer explain to him what the issue is with their appliance, so he could better assist the customer. When diagnosing the appliance Julian communicates with the customer and clarifies the issue as well as their quote given. Also, Julian is a bilingual speaker, he communicates with our customers in Spanish when needed.
