He was helpful with explaining what the next steps were in order for my refrigerator ice maker to be fixed. The part was ordered and arrived the next day. I was able to schedule him (very easily) to come out the next week. The repair time was around a half hour. Again, he was very courteous and clear with his communications regarding the repairs and what to expect.”
