Everything about the process so dealing with Mr appliance was excellent, and they should get a 10 out of 10. He diagnosed the problem (which another repairman had not been able to before), answered all my questions, and returned once the replacement part came in a couple of days later to do the repair. Oven now works well without the problem I have had with it for the last 2+ years.”

    “Mr. Appliance @ Deer Park is a great company with highly trained and very curtious repair technicians. I have used them twice in three years for warranty repairs on my dryer. In each case a different technician quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered replacement parts, and returned in record-time to complete the repair. I'm throughly impressed with the company and its employees and 100% satisfied with their work . He worked quickly to identify and resolve the issues we had with our washer after the suspension broke during transit. I had an LG Front Loader that Chuck was able to quickly fix.
