“I had Mr. Appliance come to my house 7 different times, to do some warranty work one of our kitchen appliances. The first tech they sent out twice, did a horrible job. The Tech claimed that the appliance was repaired and operational. When we went to use it later that day, it still did not work. The tech came out a second time and this time scratched our newly remodeled kitchen cabinets. He apparently scratched the kitchen cabinets when he pulled the appliance out to repair it. If I were to review up to this point, I would have given them only "1-Star". (I want to applaud Mr. Appliances management team. When we sent them pictures of the damage and the quote, they did everything possible to assist us in getting the repairs done at no cost to us). The reason I gave Mr Appliance a 5-star rating, is based on the last five times they were at our home. The Tech they sent out was named "Ian Emerson". Ian was very friendly, courteous and professional. He clearly took great pride in his work. Each time Ian came out, he made the right repairs the first time. Ian was also nice enough take the time, to explain to us the problem and the repair made. The last two visits to our home Ian had a second person with him named Anibal Fernandez. Anibal was just like Ian, courteous, professional and obviously took great pride in his work also. Because of my experience with Ian and Anibal, I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone who asks. For what it is worth, I would give Ian a raise and use him as a training benchmark for all your field techs.”
