“I called & was quickly given a date time & photo of the service man. Was updated the day before, then the next morning he called to inform me he was going to be at my place in 30 minutes & he was. He was very respectful and trained well because he knew exactly what was happening. He was finished within 15 minutes ! Very professional business and Employees !”

“I had a new Bertazonni refrigerator installed and it would turn on for a while but not stay on. It was a difficult prob to diagnose but the technician at Mr. Appliance was very persistent. He called the manufacturer several time and finally was able to ascertain that they never sent an “installation kit” which includes magnets! Who knew I needed magnets to keep my refrigerator running?!?! Mr Appliance did! That’s who. They guy was super smart and super helpful! And on time! Yay, Mr. Appliance.”
