He obviously knew what he was doing and we'd have him back in a minute. Hopefully in about 24 hours we're going to find the out if the freezer is okay, but if not we'd be happy to have him back. He verified that the mechanical parts are working, but they're still the possibility that there's a problem with the closed system or the motherboard. We'll see!”

“Scheduling online was easy and efficient. I received a follow-up call from an actual person to confirm. They also called to offer an earlier appointment, if I wanted. Henry arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. Our washer is wedged into a tight spot and he carefully pulled it out far enough to hop behind it. We had to order a part and he returned as soon as it was delivered. Henry also gave good advice on laundry care and do's and don't that go beyond the owners manual. We will call them for our next appliance repair.”
