  • “I had a wonderful experience with Tim at Mr. Appliance this week. Our washing machine started throwing codes at us late last Friday. I was easily able to make an appointment on their website for the following Tuesday. I received an email confirmation and a window for when Tim would be arriving, along with his picture, so I would know whom to expect when they arrived. Tim also sent me a text before he arrived to let me know he was almost there. He ran tests on our washing machine, let me know what was wrong, and also gave me a heads up of other rare instances where the part I needed may not do the full trick because of the electrical getting messed up as well. He ordered my part, and by Wednesday I received an email with another appointment time for Thursday. Today he texted asking if he could come earlier (what great service!) since he had a cancellation. He was in and out within 20 minutes and my washing machine is now working like a champ. He even gave me some advice regarding what detergents we should and should not be using in our machine. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and Tim for your appliance needs!”

Then, having the tech arrive when he said he would and having it diagnosed in a reasonable amount of time (all my food was still frozen!) was another A+ experience. If all the tech's at Mr Appliance V are anything like Andrey Andreyev, your company will thrive not only because I'm keeping your number in case I should need help with another appliance but to give to ALL my friends and church family. And I guess I should also mention that the price of this repair was well within reason ... and I gladly paid it to have my frig/freezer back in working order. I give you TWO THUMBS UP!!! He allowed us to watch while he worked. He was open and honest about the problem we had with our stove and told us how much it would cost to fix it before he proceeded to conduct the repair. The fees were reasonable and on top of that Mr. Appliance applied a small senior citizens discount to our bill. We first dealt with Sears because we thought they knew our appliance brands better however, we were HIGHLY disappointed and called Mr Appliance.   • “We scheduled a service tech (Scott, he was awesome!), who diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator. The freezer above the fridge had a failed defrost component. The part had to be ordered so we needed to wait another week. We paid 1/2 down for the repair. He returned with the component, installed it and my fridge was working again. We happily paid the balance due. About a week or so later, it started to have the same problem again. I called, they sent Scott out as soon as they could (only had to wait 2 business days), he brought a different secondary component, explaining the first one he replaced usually corrects the problem we were having. He installed it quickly, cheerfully and then told us there would be no charge for this visit. We run a door and window service company so we know how important customer service and trust can be for clients. We were very impressed. This is the second time we have hired Mr. Appliance (first time was for our dishwasher several years ago and it is still working great). We highly recommend them for any appliance repair and have already referred them to our friends. We are very happy and completely satisfied. 5 STARS FOR SCOTT!!”

Prior to entering our residence he put on slippers over his shoes so as not to drag any dirt, etc into our home. Lucas kept us informed during his entire checkout of the unit. He was very professional. Unfortunately we didn't have them repair the unit due to it's age and the cost to repair it.   • “I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance! Our LG washing machine screen gave us an error code over the weekend right before it stopped working. At least we knew what the problem was. Called LG Customer Service and none of the 3 service company names they provided were available. Looking online for someone local, Mr. Appliance popped up. They came Tuesday, exactly when they said they would. Even came with the part we believed (according to the nice error code the machine gave us) was causing the problem. The total cost was exactly what the estimate over the phone had been. The service repair gentleman was polite, knowledgable and shared extra tips about the washer, the dryer and the dishwasher! After he left, he actually ran back to give me samples of a product we'd discussed even though I hadn't remembered it. This kind of service is of days long ago. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance and won't hesitate to call them again. Although with all the service great tips I got, I imagine that will be awhile!”
