Surprised, however that a relatively quick job to replace a part on my dryer about the size of a Good & Plenty cost as much as it did, even with the deduction of the fee that’s charged for just coming to the house.”

“Working with this company was a total delight. They were always on-time (well early to be exact), very professional and very clear on what they were finding and any cost differences along the way from what they quoted. They were repairing a high-end (Wolf) gas stove and while they found several things along the way that needed addressed, they kept us in the loop every step. It is totally fixed now and we will certainly use this company again for our appliance repair needs”

“Washing machine water all over the place after a big load. Ryan was smooth and a quick study. We couldn’t see the issue in a stacked system and learned a way to avoid the problem forever.”
“I had a great experience. Our refrigerator wasn’t cooling and they came early the next day. Everything was pretty dusty behind the fridge so he cleaned it all up. He said it might work, but if not, we needed a very expensive part. He gave us a lot of information because I had a lot of questions. We have a subzero and it’s very expensive to replace the compressor. We went to a few stores to choose a replacement because spending 3k on a part for a 20 year old fridge didn’t make sense. It started cooling the next day! Whatever he did worked. Yay!”
