“We had to have the entire tub of our washing machine replaced because the bearings failed. It was basically the transmission and a major problem to fix. Mr. Appliance did an amazing job. They worked with the company on the warranty. They kept me informed on whether the parts had come in, and scheduled us immediately when they did. They texted when their service man was on his way with his name and photo. It is now running like new. They have skilled service people, are very professional and care about their customers more than most companies I have dealt with.”

“I originally hired a 4.9 star 1,800 reviews rated company on Google to repair my Asko dishwasher. They caused more damage than they repaired and it was pretty clear they didn’t now what they were doing and watching YouTube repair videos while at my house. After they came twice I decided to cut my losses and Mr. Appliance came out and immediately identified the issue, made the repair and gave me a discount for my troubles. I highly recommend them. They did a great job and were clearly versed in the Asko dishwasher.”
