Our owner, Greg, started Mr. Appliance of River Oaks from scratch, investing in the Mr. Appliance franchise system. Greg is a Certified Personal Accountant (CPA), and worked the past thirty years within public accounting and industry. He's worked with small and mid-sized businesses and understands the importance of how the best businesses take care of their customers. Greg reached the level of Corporate Controller in the restaurant industry. Greg is active in the day-to-day operations of our River Oaks appliance repair company. For your peace of mind, he has an "open door policy" with his customers. You can reach out to him directly with any questions or concerns. -

Meet one of our Service Professionals, Dannel Caban. Dannel is from Puerto Rico and has 24 years of industry experience. Dannel ran his own business in Puerto Rico and he has serviced all major appliance brands. He is a refrigeration expert and holds a Universal EPA certification to work with refrigerants. Dannel has repaired literally hundreds of LG refrigerators having compressor issues over the years. He is an outstanding problem-solver and our company’s go to technician to handle the most unique and difficult assignments. -

Meet Travis Cooke, one of our cherished Service Professionals. Travis has been in the appliance repair field for three years now and is a rising star. He has an extensive background that lends itself well for the industry, having worked in HVAC installation and repairs and an auto and diesel mechanic. Travis simply loves fixing things and is mechanically inclined. He is a people person and will make sure you understand your appliance repair diagnosis. He's a pro when it comes to offering the best alternatives - - whether the choice is a repair or offering to install a new appliance.
