Story about Mr. Appliance Repair Company

Mr. Appliance of Mid America is a residential appliance company dedicated to helping customers with their appliance repair needs. Located in Fairview Heights, the company services much of the Metro Eastarea.

Owners Julie and Chad Grubofski are both Air Force veterans who worked in operations management for the military before transitioning their experience to the business sector. When it was time to leave the service, they decided to stay in the area with their young children. “We love the community and the variety that it has to offer,” Chad expressed.

Regarding their business, Chad conveyed that "having an operations background, we decided to research the possibilities of owning a franchise. We concluded that there is a great need in this area for appliance repair." Originally owning and operating Mr. Appliance of Mid America, they expanded in 2019 purchasing Mr. Appliance of Greater St. Louis.

Mr. Appliance's services include residential appliance repair for most major brands of washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, stovetops, and refrigerators. From warm refrigerators to washers not draining, Mr. Appliance can serve you. Most importantly, they understand that there is no convenient time for appliances to break down.

"You need kitchen and laundry room appliances to be in top shape," Julie said. "It’s hard to make dinner when the stove won’t turn on, and it’s crazy how fast laundry piles up when the dryer is on the fritz!"

Mr. Appliance of Mid America prides itself on the quality of their work as well as their commitment to outstanding results. "Also, we strive for same-day or next-day service and we give a one-year warranty on both our parts AND labor," Chad stated. "We have some of the most experienced and trained service professionals in the area who don’t rush their jobs; instead taking the time to do the work correctly," he explained.

"I also think our customers like to hear 'locally, family and veteran owned!' - they know the money is staying local," Julie concluded.
