Very happy with the repair services. Our washing machine works better than before. They not only fixed the main problem but our tech was able to recognize 2 other minor issues with our washer and was able to correct them without it costing a whole lot extra. Additionally there was an extremely quick turn around time. They were able to come out the same day we called, then they were able to return with parts that they had to order the very next day and fully repair the machine. I feel like we got our money's worth out of the repair.

Anthony was very thorough and was not in a rush. He checked everything and even called the manufacturer tech support to make sure he did not overlook anything. He is the kind of appliance technician you want when you need your appliance serviced.
