    “This company was great! The tech Randy very professional and polite, and was easy to work with. He was able to use pictures that I text to him for some information he needed. They send a text with picture of tech when on the way also which was nice. 10 out of 10 for sure. The repair was on a newer high end KitchenAide Microwave Oven Combo. It actually works better now than it did when brand new, I kid you not. The company seems very organized and fully equipped to handle just about anything.”

Cold water was leaking into the drum when it wasn't being used. Randy knew instantly what it was. They gave me an estimate for the repair and I said let's do it. The part came in quickly and Tom called to schedule the repair. The day of the repair was a breeze. Tom was fast, efficient, took good care of my equipment and my home. I will use Mr. Appliance for all my repair needs going forward.”

    “Randy is the nicest in home repair person i have ever had the pleasure of welcoming into my home. He figured out my problem so fast. He didn't mind that my house was kind of a hot mess. He gave me good advice for the future of my dishwasher and my clothes washer and dryer. And he fixed my dishwasher in like 30 mins. It was like having a knowledgeable dad or uncle over to help. I'm still in my 20s and I really don't know what I'm doing. Randy, didn't make me feel stupid. He treated me like a equal and he treated me really fairly.     “This was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. They were upfront about the price and what would happen with the first service visit. The service tech arrived and within minutes had the washer disassembled and in another few minutes had diagnosed the problem and had a replacement part order. I paid the 1/2 total upfront and the whole visit was under 45mins. A few days later we set a service date and on the service day the part was replaced. The tech (Randall) was even training a new tech and the whole visit was, again, under 45mins. Brilliant!👍 I highly recommend using Mr Appliance. 😁”
