Wonderful experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Experience Worth Sharing I don't normally write long reviews, but I feel like this experience deserves one. We had a very simple problem with our Whirlpool refrigerator — the ceiling LED and freezer light had gone out. We initially contacted another highly recommended appliance repair company, but the technician was hesitant to even replace the light, telling us the wiring could easily be damaged and that it might not even work afterward. That didn't give us much confidence. My boyfriend contacted Mr. Appliance of Waukesha, and from the very beginning, the experience was completely different. Nicholas came out and within about five minutes diagnosed the problem. He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and incredibly well-mannered. He didn't try to make the repair into something bigger than it was, and because the diagnosis was so quick, he actually reduced our charge. He didn't have the replacement light with him, so he explained that he would need to come back. We were told the return visit would normally have been another $200, but because the original $149 trip charge would be applied toward the repair, we would only pay the additional $50 — and the light would be professionally installed and warranted. We gladly agreed. Unfortunately, Nicholas was injured and couldn't return when scheduled. Another technician came to cover his calls, and unfortunately the repair went very wrong. While attempting to replace the light, he damaged the wiring and told us the ceiling of our freezer would need to be cut. Needless to say, we were extremely upset. This had started as a simple light replacement, and now we were looking at damage to our freezer. I contacted Josh, the owner, and this is where Mr. Appliance really showed what kind of company they are. Josh apologized profusely, took responsibility, immediately refunded our money, and then asked if we would be willing to have Nicholas return when he was able — at no charge — to see if he could fix what had been damaged and complete the original repair. Of course we said yes. And Nicholas came back and fixed everything without cutting the ceiling of our freezer. What impressed me most about Nicholas wasn't just his technical ability. He was patient, detailed, calm and genuinely cared about making things right. He was also a good person, and I could tell he has a strong faith, which honestly made me like him even more. He never made us feel rushed or dismissed, even when I probably talked his ear off trying to explain everything that had happened! Nicholas is a problem solver. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient and professional, and he takes pride in his work. And Josh deserves recognition too. Mistakes happen in any business. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Josh didn't make excuses or pass the blame. He listened, took care of us, refunded our money and made sure the problem was ultimately resolved. That says a LOT about the kind of company Mr. Appliance of Waukesha is. I highly recommend them — and if you can request Nicholas, DO IT! 😊 He is the kind of technician you hope shows up at your door when something goes wrong. Five stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Technicians were polite, professional and efficient. Will definitely call them if any other appliances need servicing

Easy scheduling and 4 hour window is shrunk to a 2 hour window the night prior to the appointment. Jared even called to arrive an hour early for the second appointment. During both the trouble shooting appointment and the actual repair, Jared explained the process, provided his opinion on whether a repair made sense versus getting a new dryer, and provided a clear breakdown of the report cost. Overall process was smooth and the time between the troubleshooting appointment and repair appointment was only two days as the part was received within one business day. Very likely to use Mr. Appliance again if necessary.
