The scheduling was extremely easy and they were able to see about our issue within 24 hours of the request. I think the price was reasonable and competitive. AJ was efficient from his initial assessment. He communicated the entire process with purchasing necessary parts and then the repair and performed that process with skill. I highly recommend them.

Received excellent service regarding an ice maker for my new GE refrigerator that never worked after it was installed. Numerous times I had to contact Best Buy regarding the ongoing problem and even had the ice maker replaced and the problem was never identified so it could be fixed. Fortunately the last time GE scheduled me an appointment it was with Mr Appliance of Beaumont. The first time the technician came he identified the problem and ordered the necessary replacement parts for my ice maker! In one week the needed parts were shipped and when the new parts were received the technician showed up and replaced the defective parts with the new parts. My ice maker started working immediately and several hours later I had my first ice cubes! I highly recommend this company for any repairs you may have. The first company that was sent came out to initially install the ice maker which only made four ice cubes then never made any more but started leaking water. After three more attempts to find and fix the problem finally the job was given to Mr Appliance of Beaumont who identified the problem and finally my ice maker was fixed. The repair was covered by the warranty with GE.

I cancelled our home warranty and hoped I’d never have any problems with any of our appliances. Our refrigerator freezer went out and I called Mr Appliance who came out immediately and replaced parts and labor in a timely manner. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and explained what happened and why.. His price was very reasonable and made me happy to not have paid monthly warranty fees and charges anymore. He Now our Repairman for All of our Appliance Repairs. He’s Highly Recommended for Appliance Repairs!
