Within a couple of weeks we needed both our washer and dryer repaired. We first attempted to use a company that was recommended by the manufacturer. That turned into a disaster (literally). Thankfully my husband came across Mr. Appliance!! Not only did he repair both our washer and dryer, but Andrew was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and kept us informed about what he came across during the repairs. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance!!

Great experience! Had an issue with our dryer and they came out the next day. They send a picture of the tech coming and let you know when they are heading your way. Our dryer did not have a part (unusual brand I think) so the tech advised on what to do, but they didn't even charge us for their time! Excellent service and a great pricing model- the fee charged for them to come to your home is actually applied towards the maintenance being done on the appliance. Very happy with our experience!

I had a wine cooler stop working and the technician Chris R. did an outstanding job with the repair including obtaining new parts from the factory and carefully disassembling and reassembling the unit. He took the time and care to ensure that the unit was operational and that the esthetics were great such as using black head screws to match the unit's case. He removed and installed the unit through the wall which was difficult both due to the weight and it was at an elevated location. The overall service exceeded my expectations and I could not be more pleased.

Our dryer was clicking for a year and finally a screeching noise led me to call. We did not have to wait for an appointment. I scheduled online Saturday and availability for repair was Monday morning. Elijah came on time, diagnosed problem . Replaced the belt and rollers. Was finished within 30-40 min. He is a very nice young man. Went right to work. Dryer works perfectly and quietly!!! Will definitely use this company again!
