We had a 20yo washing machine that began leaking this week. So I asked for someone to come see if it was fixable. The serviceman's name was Wyatt (they sent me his name and picture beforehand so that I would be able to recognize him when he arrived). They communicated with me within the agreed upon service time window to say Wyatt was on his way. He arrived a short time later (within the service time window provided) and quickly, thoroughly, professionally, and compassionately diagnosed the source of the leak. Unfortunately, the part needed for a repair has long since been discontinued. Hard to complain, as we got 20 good years of service from that washer. Not the outcome I was hoping for, but also not unexpected. I would certainly call them again for appliance diagnosis and/or repair and highly recommend them.

The technician was very punctual and patient in testing our dishwasher for leakage. When he couldn't replicate the error he said to call back if it happened again. Well, it did and we did. He came back, ran some more tests and found a part that needed to be replaced. He provided an estimate, no additional service call fee (I know, but some may have charged one), ordered the part, came back and replaced it. Despite not being able to get through by phone to the local shop, everything was scheduled quickly, with updates on arrival time, and it was all handled very well.

Wyatt was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and an overall nice guy! Our Bosch microwave drawer (which a lot of companies won’t even touch) was repaired within a week as promised, as soon as the part came in! Wyatt arrived on time for assessment and repair. He left a very clean work area and protected our countertops while working. I got the name of the company Mr Appliance from Bosch directly, due to finding out other companies are not trained or even know anything about Bosch products, and we weren’t disappointed! Thank you Wyatt for giving us a great, painless experience! He is a wonderful asset to your company!

We have been coming to Vero Beach since the 2013/4 season and over the years have needed appliance repair from time to time. No one, except one jolly fellow at Jetsons who has long since left, ever earned a call-back, that is until Randy from Mr. Appliance in Vero Beach arrived at our house. When we bought and remodeled our house in Grand Harbor, everyone (including the appliance dealer) told us not to replace our GE Profile washing machine as “…they don’t make them like that anymore.” We took their advice and after eight years we had a problem. I went online, looked at reviews and within 48 hours Randy showed up at our house (1/2 hour early). Very polite; good with the dog (all noise) and went straight to work. He discovered that the control board was shot (electrical problem) and that since the washing machine might have been as old as 25 years, that the panel was no longer made. We told him what we wanted out of a washing machine, he made a recommendation and we are now washing clothes at high speed. Knowledge, personal touch, great communication, speed of service and a succinct recommendation. We will deal only with them in the future.
