The office was efficient in getting me an appointment as soon as possible. The technician that came to fix my refrigerator was respectful of our property by wearing covers over his shoes and using a mat to move the refrigerator in and out. He was very knowledgeable about appliances. I appreciated that he explained in detail what was wrong with my refrigerator. I will call Mr. Appliance in the future for appliance repairs.

They were able to show up the same day, walk me through the evaluation process, and give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about whether to repair or replace our existing refrigerator. The service person was very courteous and professional, and he never made me feel like he was trying to sell me something or pull a fast one.
