    “So honest! Our dishwasher was still under warranty and they walked us through the whole process. They didn’t even push for them to still do the work. They’ve done other stuff for us in the past which is always top notch, but I was really impressed with them doing right by the customer versus doing right by their pocket. Would recommend to anyone!”

    “My daughter , gave me their card. When we had a problem with our stove, called, they made the appointment, was fairly placed. The receptionist was very helpful and very nice. The tech was very friendly and let me know parts would have to be ordered. Came back when he said. Joe was very friendly also. Will definitely call again.”

    “I needed my clothes dryer fixed asap. I called and the person who scheduled the repair call was very kind Within 3 hours I received a text with the technician ‘s name and a photo of him which is nice to know for safety reasons. Todd, the technician, was professional and courteous and was able to repair my dryer to get me bs k to washing my clothes! I will call Mr. Appliance again if I ever need them.”

    “Repairman was great, knew exactly what was wrong, without even looking at it based on my description of the problem. In fact, he was so confident that he walked up to my door carrying the part with him. Took him maybe 25 minutes to get it done. Very personable also which is always a plus.”
