Owners Julie and Chad Grubofski are both Air Force veterans who worked in operations management for the military before transitioning their experience to the business sector. When it was time to leave the service, they decided to stay in the area with their young children. “We love the community and the variety that it has to offer,” Chad expressed. Regarding their business, Chad conveyed that "having an operations background, we decided to research the possibilities of owning a franchise. We concluded that there is a great need in this area for appliance repair." Originally owning and operating Mr. Appliance of Mid-America, they expanded in 2019 purchasing neighboring Mr. Appliance of Greater St. Louis and Mr. Appliance of St. Charles. Mr. Appliance's services include residential appliance repair for most major brands of washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, stovetops, and refrigerators. From warm refrigerators to washers not draining, Mr. Appliance can serve you. Most importantly, they understand that there is no convenient time for appliances to break down.
