We had Mr. Appliance come out to repair our dryer under warranty, and we couldn’t be more impressed! Noah, our technician, was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. Not only did he thoroughly address all of my questions, but he also went above and beyond by offering to help schedule a future appointment for another appliance I had inquired about. Based on this exceptional experience, we will definitely be using Mr. Appliance again in the future—and we’ll specifically be requesting Noah. If you're considering scheduling a service, I highly recommend doing so and asking for Noah!

This company provides exceptional customer service. I was able to get an appointment with a reasonable time. They showed up when they were supposed to. The gentleman that repaired the dishwasher provided great service.. Explain the problem with the product ordered the part to be fixed and was out promptly to repair it. First time using Mr Appliance for service. Dishwasher started acting up so I searched the internet and found Mr Appliance. Requested appointment online that evening at about 8:30 pm. Got a call the next morning offering an appointment that afternoon. Chuck is the serviceman who arrived. He went right to work. He knew what it was by my description of the problem. Completed the job in no time. Also warned me that the hose needed to be replaced because he saw a very slow drip. He advised me to get a plumber to fix this. I call this above and beyond. I’m so grateful he told me so I can get that repaired. Then I hope my kitchen will be perfect again. I definitely recommend Mr Appliance for fast, friendly, responsible service. The price was very reasonable as well.

I was set up with Mr. Appliance through a warranty program so i wasn’t aware of the business until now. My tech Jason was fantastic. He was knowledgeable on the product and issue. He was a total gentleman and kind person. In just a week he had identified the issue, ordered parts, and installed them in about 20 minutes. I will go out of my way to hire Mr. Appliance for the next time i need something repaired solely because of Jason. thanks for the great service!!

This was initially a warranty call and I didn't have very high expectations. But Mr Appliance greatly exceeded my expectations. Office staff was polite and professional, text notices were handy, Devon the tech was efficient, personable and knowledgeable. Repair was covered under warranty so am unfamiliar with the pricing policy. But I will use them the next time a non warranty problem arises. Overall I am very pleased.

Shannon is excellent. He’s knowledgeable and truly cares about the customer and his experience enables him to diagnose and repair skillfully. He’s a great communicator and explains everything. I just wanted to add to this review that Shannon came out on a new issue with our GE Cafe refrigerator and diagnosed and completed the repair in his usual manner—highly skilled, fully committed to getting our appliance up and running. The office personnel are also top notch.
