Jason arrived within the window of time indicated in my confirmation email. He got straight to work and after assessing the situation, clearly communicated the repair needed as well as costs associated with the part and labor. Just my luck, he had the part on him and was able to repair my oven in 30 minutes time. He tested it out to make sure it was functioning properly and was sure to mention the warranty associated with the repair. I paid and he was on his way. To think I only contacted them one day prior and now have a functioning oven. Great service - would recommend!
