  • “Was very happy with the service I received. Jeff was able to diagnose the problem. Order a part in mere days. Had the part installed quickly. Dishwasher was up and running after a painful hiatus. He cleaned up all the mess, and buffed up the dishwasher. Very pleasant. Thanks Jeff!”

  • “Recently, the ice/water dispenser on our Sub Zero refrigerator stopped working. I debated on whether repairs should be done by a Sub Zero dealer but I saw the great reviews for Mr. Appliance and called them for an appointment. A service technician (Tom) came out the next day. Within 10 minutes, Tom diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and ordered the parts. Two days later, Tom returned, quickly installed the parts and we were back in business. A few days later, the occasional squeak in our clothes dryer became constant and ridiculously loud. Without hesitation, I called Mr. Appliance and explained the problem. Once again, Tom came out the next day to take a look. Just from the description, Tom was confident he knew the problem and brought the parts with him in hopes of avoiding a second trip. 60 minutes later, the dryer was operating perfectly. Everyone I spoke to at Mr. Appliance was friendly and professional. Best of all, the repairs were done really fast and their charges were very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any appliance repair.”
