    “Our ice maker in our built in refrigerator froze and no longer worked. Shannon came out and diagnosed the problem. Only, the part that went bad no longer was available. He got a similar part and made it work. We were told elsewhere it couldn’t be fixed. We now have ice and water!! We are grateful for his ingenuity and don’t have to replace the refrigerator!!     “I was very pleased with my first experience with Mr. Appliance of Doylestown, and Syruss especially did a terrific job. Everything about it was a first-rate professional experience. Syruss arrived exactly on time and was courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our oven, explained the necessary fix and the cost (the price was quite reasonable). Fixing the oven rather than buying a new one was our preferred option since our 20+ year old stove was made with higher quality than most ovens made today. My wife asked him about a minor unrelated issue with the oven, and Syruss immediately resolved it free of charge. Very happy with the entire experience!!!”
