Jeremiah was fantastic. Although the problem could not be resolved (due to no fault of Jeremiah), he provided us with so much education about appliances. He was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend him!

I called Mr Appliance on a Thursday afternoon to look at my freezer. They set an appointment for Friday. Their technician, Jeremiah, got here on time. He quickly found the problem and advised me the best way to proceed. He was honest and polite and I would highly recommend him to anyone. If I need service on any of my appliances I will call him to come.
