The tech, Michael, quickly diagnosed the problem, and determined that the situation was much worse than we thought. He did a thorough job of vacuuming the lint that had collected in the back of the dryer and fixed the hose that had become disconnected on the inside by using heat resistant tape. Didn't realize until he explained what he found that we potentially had a fire hazard in the making. Excess steam and lint do not go together well. Glad we called when we did.”
