“my washer was making a loud, grinding noise when spinning. Another company came out, took the front off, looked all around and said it was the motor. Would be $369 to replace it, and it would have to be the following day. Wanting a second opinion I called Mr. Appliance. Miguel came out, put on paper boots and put down a mat to protect my floors, listened to the noise about three seconds and said it was a bad drain pump. He had a replacement on his truck. The whole thing, start to finish, was less than 45 minutes and was $235. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.”
