“This is for a built-in microwave repair. Everyone at Mr. Appliance of Issaquah is pleasant and professional. The office staff always "has a great day!" Texts are sent about appointments with the name and picture of the technician. Diagnosis by Shamal was friendly and precise. Ordered parts were correct and arrived on time. The repair by Joseph was efficient and effective: it works! Thank you to them all.”

His response was "Ill find it and fix it." And that's just what he did. It took him about 45 mins and he also explained what he did to repair it. I highly recommend this business.”

“Our washing machine died! That night I was able to schedule an appointment with Mr. Appliance online. I got a call back the next day that they had an even earlier appointment available. The technician was friendly & efficient in diagnosing our issue (motor died) & ordering a new part. Once the part came in he came back & installed it a few days later. Overall, company communication was good & the work was done well. I liked the confirmation texts/emails with the photo of the tech too. I’d definitely use them again but hope I don’t have the need for it : )”
