    LG washing machine drain pump went out. Called for service and was told they would get back to me in four or five days. At this point, I thought I made a big mistake by calling this company. However, four days later I received the call, and service was scheduled. Best decision I’ve made. Mr. Ford arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, needed to leave to pick up the part and returned within 35 - 40 minutes. Washing machine is as good as new. A very professional organization. Thank you.

    This is the second time i have used Mr Appliance’s services. The first was to fix a leaking dishwasher, The second, this time, was to fix a clothes dryer. Todd was the tech for this fix and he did a great job. I can honestly say I am beyond pleased with the service both times. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be calling Mr Appliance with any other appliance repairs in the future.
