“We called Mr.Appliance when our ice maker stopped working. They offered to come out the same day, but we had plans. We made an appointment for the following day. We were give a 2 hour window of when the technician would arrive along with the name and a picture of the person. We received a text message when he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem and gave us the total cost to fix it. He said it might take a few days to get the part. I was so delighted to get a call later that same evening - they had the part and he would be out the next morning! This was my first time to use them, but it certainly won’t be the last. They were very professional, prompt, and had fare pricing that they explained up front. I highly recommend this company.”
