“Excellent Service from Mr. Appliance I wanted to share my recent experience with Mr. Appliance regarding my Bosch dishwasher, which displayed the E23 error code. I called on Saturday, and the technician quickly identified the issue as a faulty pump. Although he didn’t have the part in stock, he assured me that it would arrive by Monday and that he would come over shortly after. True to his word, Daniel called me today to let me know the pump had arrived and he would be at my home in 20 minutes. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. He laid down a thick plastic sheet to protect my wood floor, removed all the water from the machine, and replaced the pump. After completing the repair, he ran a full cycle to ensure everything was functioning properly. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Daniel exemplified professionalism, and I will definitely reach out to Mr. Appliance for any future appliance repairs. Thank you for your excellent service and for keeping my floors spotless!”
