Ed and Beth opened their first Mr. Appliance location in 2014, and since have expanded to four locations: Howard County, Carroll County, Frederick County, and Montgomery County, MD. They have been recognized by corporate Mr. Appliance as receiving an impressive Top Gun award and the winners of the prestigious Excellence in Leadership award for their efforts to collaborate with fellow businesses, and share best practices. The Top Gun award is awarded to the franchisees that have finished in the top 10% of over 250 Mr. Appliance franchises throughout the United States and Canada in areas of superior business performance and customer service. Ed and Beth give much credit of this achievement to their entire team. They attribute this recognition to great values, outstanding teamwork, excellent attitude, professional approach and the desire to achieve the mission of “Creating Encore Experiences That Customers Can’t Wait to Share With Others.” With a dedicated team of 14 service professionals and office staff, Mr. Appliance offers appliance repair services across central Maryland.
