She assisted me by recommending a couple of troubleshooting steps prior to assigning a technician and setting the appointment. Joseph arrived when scheduled for the actual repair and had it completed in a short amount of time. I have made this company my "go to" for any future appliance repairs (and there are a couple on the horizon). Based on this first experience with them, I would very highly recommend them.”
