“Randall came out to diagnose our dishwasher when it stopped using enough water for each load, quickly determined it was a turbidity sensor, and ordered the replacement part. He came back two days later once the part arrived, installed it, and cycled the dishwasher successfully. Unfortunately the first load of dishes seemed to have the same problem as before. Randall was dispatched the very next day to diagnose the problem and determined the control module had been fried. The previous repair cost and the anticipated control module replacement cost would have been almost as much as the dishwasher’s original retail price, so I declined additional repairs. Randall put everything back together at no charge and provided an invoice for all of the work, and was very thorough in his explanation of everything. Not their fault the dishwasher crapped out beyond the cost replace, and Randall was professional and honest during the entire experience. Would not hesitate to call Mr. Appliance again for any other appliance repair needs, and would strongly recommend to anyone needing their services! Also-Sarah was very helpful when scheduling, as well as courteous and polite each time I called. Great interactions with everyone from start to finish!”

“The staff at Mr. Appliance were very friendly and helpful. The technician arrived to fix our refrigerator the very next day. He was prompt and friendly. I also appreciate his courtesy to wear shoe covers in the house. A few weeks later, we had an issue with our washing machine. Mr. Appliance came on Christmas Eve morning to fix the washer. The belt had slipped off. A few days later, it happened again. The technician returned free of charge and replaced the belt this time, only charging us the $21 fee for the new belt. We were very pleased with their service and will continue to use this company in the future.”
