Mr. Appliance responded the same day I contacted them and scheduled a tech visit a couple of days later. Their professional text service confirmed the appointment after it was made through their office. Another text confirmed the appointment a day before the appointment. Our technician (Neal) was extremely professional and analyzed the problem, ordered the parts, and had us up and running a couple of days later. We were very pleased with their thorough analysis, clean installation, and cost. We will certainly utilize Mr. Appliance again when needed.”
