He had a smile & was very professional determining that the electronic component that was malfunctioning quickly. “Call Mr. Appliance. of Tacoma first! I highly recomemd them!!! Tanya took my call on a Sat. My apt was the first they had the following Friday. My Samsung dryer was getting worse and I was afraid to use it. I called Tanya back on Monday to get on the cancellation list. She said they rarely got cancels but she would let me know. They did get a cancelation and they moved me up to Tuesday. Regan came out, on time, fixed my dryer, for less than 1/2 of what a new Samsung dryer would cost. I am thrilled! Regan was professional and knowledgable and fixed it while he was here. He had the parts with him. He was polite, friendly, clean; he even put a mat on the floor at the door.
