Scheduling: Professional, prompt, courteous, recognition of my time constraints, what to expect going forward Day ahead notification of the two hour block to expect the technician AND with the picture of the tech for security purposes 30 minute call ahead – to remind me to make room on the counter for his tooling and parts. On time arrive, courteous intro, put on booties to keep us from our having to do cleanup, professional appearance and evaluation, clear communication of the issue HAD THE PART on the truck! Prompt repair. Explanation of cycle needed to clear out any debris Tolerated my bad sense of humor. Excellent service from call in to tech’s departure - Doesn’t get better than this!!! Mr. Appliance was recommended to me. Excellent recommendation and we’ll now be another party recommending Mr. Appliance!”

  • “It took 3 service visits to my home to complete the repairs, and under most circumstances I would find that unacceptable. However the real issue was with replacement parts information being provided to your repairman by JennAir, and in the end, it was your technician, Adam, who figured out the right fix in spite of the JennAir "experts." Every time Adam came to our home he was courteous, clearly competent and very professional. Some people pay lip service about caring about customers.
