Local Appliance Repair in Shiocton, Wisconsin

I called Mr. Appliance on Tuesday. They were able to get someone out to me by Wednesday. The gentleman's name was Mike. Mike was very professional and efficient. On the phone I was told that their technician takes payment at the door for the diagnostic fee before any work begins, but Mike got straight to work as soon as he got here. He fixed my refrigerator in record time and then he collected the payment. This is the way things should be done and this demonstrates to me that their technicians care more about taking care of the customer than collecting the money. I was very satisfied with Mike and the job he did, and I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone.

I called them to come out and check our washer & dryer out due to a flood in our basement. They were very kind and accommodating. The repair man that came out was very knowledgeable and thorough. I will be recommending them.

Michael came check out my washer told me the price to fix it and said sounds of it also that baring were going so the part now to fix it was over 300 and with bearings could be up to 800. So we went route to get new washer and he suggested a LG and thats what we got will be delivered in a week. Thanks for the friendly people here came out fast to look at it called them yesterday would recommend this place to anyone and if I ever have any appliances that need fixing iam calling you guys. Thank you for your kind service and fast service much appreciated. Thanks.

It started with food spoiling sooner than it should. I felt the top of the refrigerator and it was warm. My husband googled a couple places and chose this one. We called and they came on a Friday afternoon. The tech showed me what he checks for to see what part of our refrigerator is broken. After trial and error we both realized the fan in the frig wasn’t blowing. Therefore, the bottom drawer of the refrigerator was freezing solid and the food on the top shelf was spoiling. It made total sense. This was the first time I didn’t feel like I was being cheated by a company regarding what was wrong with my “item.” They came back and fixed my refrigerator and I didn’t need to buy a new one. Thank goodness!
