I have had Mr. Appliance of Rogers out to my house for oven repairs around 8 times since March. While we have had several frustrating issues due to the manufacturer, the team at Mr. Appliance has worked patiently with the manufacturer to do their best work on getting it more reliable for us. At this point we have to deal with our issues through the manufacturer, but Mr. Appliance has been honest, patient, and hard working to make what is a very frustrating experience much more manageable.
